I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture and support offered here is second to none. Your success will be noticed and acknowledged, on the flip side so will your shortcomings. This is purely to hold you accountable and ensure you are not hiding behind any excuses. You will be pushed to your best and it is a great environment for bettering yourself

    Cons

A lot of people mention work/life balance. This is only a problem for people who can not balance and manage their time properly. The only con I can think of is managing the ups and downs associated with performance. Make sure you can separate your emotions from the job and face each day with a positive perspective and you WILL be successful

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you’re doing
