Lots of leadership changes make things challenging.

Great Sales management and enablement. They don't micro-manage. I worked remote and had a fair amount of flexibility. The sales kick-off trips were super fun.

The acquisitions and constant replacements of tech stacks. Harder to keep thing organized and clear on the back end.
