I have been working at PowerReviews full-time

    Pros

I joined the company in 2015 and am in the third office in this time due to the fast growth. Love most of the people I work with and feel that there is very little politicking for a company of its size.

    Cons

Growing concern that the opportunity in front of the company is not as great as initially presented. Worried that the technology/opportunity will never reach that of its competitors. Overly concerned with profitability at the expense of growth

look at the top (the very) - look at patterns - look at revolving door.

    Advice to Management

It's not "management" it's who is managing.

I have been working at PowerReviews full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

EVERYONE has a voice here. It's a very open culture where you're encouraged to speak your mind without fear of retaliation. Everyone is helpful and wants to help each other succeed. It's also a very casual work environment and unlike other companies to claim to encourage work/life balance, they actually MEAN it. There's a reason I've been here as long as I have.

    Cons

Sales is sometimes in its own little world which really does seem a little like a frat party, but honestly that's not too different from other tech companies where I've worked.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the fantastic work!

I have been working at PowerReviews full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun product, strong vision, focus hiring on culture fit, incredible office space, transparency

    Cons

With rapid growth comes some amount of being overworked at times, things breaking, etc., but that's no different than any other rapid growth company.

I have been working at PowerReviews full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The "culture" really means something here! Yes we have a ping-pong table, 24hr beer on-tap, fully stocked kitchen, weekly catered lunch and flexible PTO, but it's not just to pretend we're a cool company! The upper management really cares about the culture and you feel it in your everyday life at PowerReviews!

The technology is also awesome, we're constantly looking for the best ways to improve our software and the momentum in the technology team is great!

In my 8 years of professional experience this company is by far the best I've seen. I quit my past job because I wanted to work among smart people and get challenged everyday, I found all this and more at PowerReviews.

    Cons

Cons are hard to find. The company has been "re born" 2 years ago and though it's on an awesome trajectory, there is still uncertainty as to where we'll be in a few years, but that's a common thing in same-size companies.
