Pros

Benefits are decent, depending on where under the PHP umbrella you fall, and there are training & CE opportunities if you can find away to work them into your schedule without falling behind in your workload.

Cons

Conglomo-health care, seniority over skills, juvenile supervisors, a lot of hot air and spin but not a lot of value or logic to commands from the top. It's all about the brand, and trying to get the people who actually have private insurance to want to deal with the slipshod service and disrespect offered at the hospitals & with in the physician's network. What is right isn't always the best thing for your job description. And being truly knowledgable about your skill set is less important than being deferential and sychophantic.

Pros

Great work life balance. Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
