      Pros

      Membership really cares and enables Premier to do things it couldn't normally do without that customer bond.

      Cons

      Premier is really a bunch of disconnect companies, and its leaders have no clue on how to run operations. Each division does its own thing. Some have good leaders; most have awful managers (no leaders).

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
