Pros

It is a good job if you are studying, you are young and for a very short time (months), since it is a mediocre job and makes you ask yourself a thousand times, what am I doing here?

Cons

I signed a contract to be on the first shift and open packages and stock the store with merchandise. The manager didn't like my job, then she moved me to cashier, with the second shift, moving all day, it was that or nothing, I hated my job at the cashier, they gave me 10% training, I didn't know many things and I had to ask and the managers didn't like that, some were rude and didn't go to the cashier to help me or took more than 5 minutes to get there, while the customers made faces and there were more than 15 customers in line, the payment system is not coordinated with the offers and the customers are somewhat rude and then, you have to ask the manager for help, because he is the only one who can change the prices, I had to ask my coworkers a lot of things, because I didn't know how to do a tax free or a cash refund with a card, they throw you to the lions without training, the store is very hot, they don't turn on the air conditioning, the customers complain, but that, I think is orders from the managers. Don't turn on the air conditioning, you can't even go to the bathroom, very rude clients, a lot of noise, stressful, the managers are rude, few are supportive, it's a third world job in the first world, low pay, for how they exploit you at work

Pros

You get lots of PTO up front as a part timer and can gain flex hours overtime. Get a 50 cent raise every six months.

Cons

Was told during onboarding that if a Christian comes into the store spreading the gospel, I have to kick them out. This includes the mention of the Jesus without the church invite. Managers claim its rude and if a customer does it, they get booted. Faced harassment from a customer and management didn't let me switch too a different department. Extremely high turnover rate and managers don't replace them, making your job more stressful during peak hours. Hard to use PTO. Little to no training. Too many bachelor and master holding part timers who get lucked out of moving up in the company. Managers give some people no task while pilling on multiple tasks on one person. Too many managers to deal with (and usually never find) and the full timers make you do the dirty work while they "unpack boxes". Its a pro-LGBT anti christian company. If they want to be pro-LGBT, than more power to them. But anti-Christian is discriminatory and unnecessary.
