The pay! You are over-worked and under-paid. You will not be valued here or praised for your efforts.
Leadership! Profiles claims that they are open to suggestions, improvements to processes, and ideas - however, this is not true! They micro manage at every level and do not give their employees a voice. There is so much opportunity with this company but Leadership is really the problem. In their perfect world, you will have no work/life balance, will never speak up or address problems, and will make Profiles your entire life. Leadership is extremely unprofessional at times and they get away with it because of their tenure, which is totally not ok.
If you're looking to go back to high school, I suggest you come work here.
