Pros

I've been working for Prologis for just under a year and love it so far! Pros are: -Great leadership that has a bold vision for the direction of the company. We are lightyears ahead of our competition and only getting better -Great culture - people are SO nice, but also incredibly smart, disagreement is encouraged here and I learn from my colleagues every single day -Prologis actually practices what it preaches when it comes to sustainability and community service, it doesn't just greenwash or do it for the publicity. On IMPACT day the whole company stops what we're doing and gives back to the community -People are actually open to new ideas and get excited about trying new things -Work/life balance is fantastic and I have the opportunity for professional development when I ask for it. -I feel I am paid fairly for my work and have a lot more vacation time than at other companies I've worked for

Cons

-I would love to see more diversity in exec leadership roles (women, POC, and age) for fresh perspective. -We sometimes move a little slower than preferred on projects, etc. But that's corporate for you

Pros

As a Maintenance Technician, I take pride in helping maintain some of the highest-quality industrial and commercial properties in the industry. It’s rewarding to know that my work directly contributes to our customers’ success and operational efficiency. Working for Prologis means being part of an organization that prioritizes safety, training, and operational excellence. Having the right tools, resources, and support allows me to perform my job effectively and safely. I’m proud to be part of a team that values its people and invests in maintaining best-in-class facilities. I have the opportunity to solve problems, support our customers, and contribute to the overall success of our properties every day. I play an important role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, reliable, and operating at a high standard. It’s rewarding to know that my work helps support the supply chains and businesses that keep the economy moving.

Cons

The expectations for building maintenance and customer service are high, which can make for busy days, but it also creates opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Depending on the property portfolio, there may be times when multiple priorities need attention at once, requiring strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

Pros

Prologis has a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture where teamwork and creativity are genuinely encouraged. Employees are trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and work across teams to solve complex challenges. The work is dynamic and engaging, and there are opportunities to learn from talented colleagues across many parts of the business. Leadership promotes a strong culture of partnership, and the company continues to invest in both innovation and employee development.

Cons

The pace can be demanding, and the workload is often significant given the scale and complexity of the business. Many projects require coordination and alignment across multiple stakeholders, which can sometimes slow decision-making and require patience and persistence. There is not always a one-size-fits-all solution, so employees need to be adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaboration.
