The camaraderie between colleagues who still believe in Prometric’s mission to provide candidates with the best testing experience, dedication of its “old time” employees in tech and operations (they rock!!)
Cons
Dysfunctional company culture with multiple layoffs a year, low employee morale due to burnout and under appreciation, a former CEO that didn’t understand the industry, a disconnected and indifferent new senior leadership team, a company philosophy of cutting its way to profitability.
