Cons

There is an unspoken truth many feel daily: leadership trust is eroding, not because of results, but because of behavior. When executives operate without accountability, shielded by personal relationships rather than professional merit, fear replaces collaboration, and performance becomes survival. People feel silenced. Some walk. Others wait, hoping the board and senior leadership acknowledge what’s become obvious across the company. Toxicity doesn’t always look like shouting. Sometimes it’s manipulation, retaliation, and exclusion dressed up as strategy. Leadership isn’t granted by title or proximity to the CEO. It’s earned by how you treat people, how you listen, and how you build trust even in disagreement.

It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

Cons

Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
