Pros

Pay was decent enough Hours were decent

Cons

CEO bragged about meeting Trump and current administration during town hall after company buyout while actively ignoring concerns and questions from POC and LGBTQIA+ regarding DEI, inclusivity and job security during multiple town halls. Company claims to be people oriented but in reality they care about numbers only, not the people behind those roles.

Pros

Create collaboration and company culture; great senior executive team; competitive salary; great benefits package; and industry-specific, free training opportunities.

Cons

Lots of stress; IT organization is trying to do a massive digital transformation with not enough resources and seeking to achieve operational excellence on the backs of employees If you are remote employee, as most managers and employees are in the Denver metro area, there are no growth or promotional opportunities.

Cons

Pay, opportunities, growth is all limited to favorites that aren’t necessarily good at their job just good at taking credit or sounding good
