The Amsterdam team is unqiue, small in size, innovative and creative makers who are keen to have fun, explore and to geek out to new sparkly tech whether that's in engineering, product or 3d printing. Various communities come together to balance work and life. It's a team of expats with many different nationalities. The past few years, the business has been transisioning change and over the last few months a new busines strategy was launched with a re org, this of course creates uncertainty at times, but the team are often updated and kept informed by immediate and upper management. The shifts on business goals and priorities are for the better, to strengthen the teams and business proposition - the changes also bring a lot of growth and opportunity to current and new employees wanting to be a part of this change

Sometimes slower in pace than what we'd like or want we're used to A little behind internally on tooling, automation and consistent communication methods, but the management are aware, and will be making changes here Things can still be a little clearer, and faster
