Constant turnover in management, no support from management and/or HR, lack of communication, rules and policies do not apply to everyone, favoritism showed towards certain employees by management. Do not get on the bad side of management or disagree with them. If you do get on their bad side, they will outright lie to blackball an employee that's crossed them. If you are a honest, hard working individual this is not the place for you. You will get frustrated and used. The worse of a person you are, the better you are fitted for this job.
