Senior management LIES!!! That's all they do. We never have clear direction, nobody knows anything. ALL the good competent and reliable people have left. Good people are leaving in droves. Too much work with no unity. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. All attempts to have regionalization and do what they do at the system office is a failure
