      Pros

      Staff genuinely cares for patients and for each other. The mission and values are lived out. Catholic organization, and fully accepting of persons of all faiths.

      Really, none in my opinion.

      Supportive coworkers and management, and opportunity for growth.

      It can be difficult to get used to the way they do things, but there is usually support if you ask.
