      Your schedule can be flexible when necessary, pay is good, overtime is great when you can get it, a team work is awesome!

      Cons

      Holiday pay could be way better, incentives are a definite need, a better insurance is needed, take care of your employees and they will take care of you

      Extremely clean and modern facilities, engaging and antentive staff, very competitive pay and benefits.

      It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

      Cons

      High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
