Thank you for the constructive feedback! We appreciate your honesty and passion for QTS. You've raised some important points, and we're listening. In People Services, we've recently launched a handful of project teams aimed at improving partnership and communication across the business. Company-wide, we've built some momentum towards addressing ongoing growing pains. It's a work in progress, but we're committed to doing our best!
We know that sustainable success means stepping back, evaluating what's working, and embracing change. Our leadership team frequently asks the hard questions about scalability, resource use, and how to create a culture that retains and empowers our people.
