it is steady work, 40 hours a week, can't think of anything else

you don't get paid what you are worth, management looks down on you even when you are more qualified than they are, management wants all the power therefore they treat you like children in grade school, not very flexible with time when it comes to hourly workers. the morale is extremely low in the workplace and they frown upon people that try to make the place bearable to work in.
