Pros

The employee store. Salary Can Be Decent, Double Pay On Holidays

Cons

Your call time is pretty stressful; you are expected to give quality service but limited to amount of time you spend with a customer. There is a rating system, and if you get a 5,it's considered a serious infraction. The supervisors get a bonus if the talk times are kept low, so the supervisors are notorious for riding you; you are always reminded how being fired is imminent. Top that with customers who can really be nasty, and you have to take it.
