Pros

- Decent opportunities for advancement. Was promoted several times with a 2-year span. - Fun work environment - Good work-life balance. Solid 9-5, Monday through Friday.

Cons

- Culture of leadership making design decisions based off personal opinions. Little empowerment for design team to make decisions, even if our decisions were backed by research and user-testing. - Projects often felt like busy work.. making prototypes for leadership to show off and claim as "their next big idea", but then never seeing that idea get built. - Designers split into Agile streams completely derailed innovation or any forward thinking. Such narrow focus on quick wins, rather than true innovation. - Projects and priorities were shifted too often. - Corporate culture is a buzzkill. Everything feels so rigid. - Business focuses too much on TV show. Doesn't prioritize eCommerce, apps, or new tech.

Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
