Pros

I loved providing Webmaster responses to emails and LiveChatting with customers to help them with their issues.

Cons

We were supposed to LiveChat with four customers at a time and let each one think we were devoted to dealing with their issues only. Management did not recognize the most valuable employees; system was a complete disaster!
