      Pros

      There was nothing positive about this company. Every aspect of this company was negative. A nothing company in a nothing industry.

      Cons

      If you are in Sales, avoid this company. Horrid management, low pay and ridiculous expectations. The treat sales people like recyclable trash. Cheapest company I ever worked for. Sales Manager wanted staff to clean the district office including kitchen and bathrooms. They were too cheap to pay the cleaning company more the $50 a week.

      Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

      Pros

      Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

      Cons

      The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
