Pros
The people you would work with ( on a peer to peer level ) couldnt be nicer. The president of Neopost Canada is also a very nice man and I personally have a great deal of respect for him.
Cons
Poorly run company that does not value their employees. Very demotiving management and mid mangement leaders. Work life balance is not considered here and Overtime is expected on a regular basis Base pay is below industry standard. The different parts of the organization do not work together at all. In fact they almost seem to work against each other.
