Pros
paid time off, flexible working schedule can be worked out with employer if needed, decent benefits
Cons
it's sad when you told your "manager" how to do his/her job for several years. expected to accomplish work of 3-4 people, alone, within the normal 8 hour work day with no OT. Constantly correcting and fixing others mistakes which were brought to upper management (as directed) yet never a single resolution. Coworkers very gossipy (mostly females) and loved to start drama just for the fun of it. Also, office enviornment had very poor air quality where many inner office employees were constantly coughing, sneezing, and sick. Issues all brought to management, yet again, with zero resolution. Management always spread personal/confidential issues around to other office staff (no privacy or respect).
