Health insurance, although not so great since start of 2016, and employee assistance programs. Many tech areas to explore.
Cons
It has the negative aspects of a start-up and also the negative aspects of a big company. Some examples are: lack of coding standards, tribal knowledge, little attention to making robust solutions, political factions everywhere with no one actually making decisions, no feeling of inclusiveness for new comers, no risk taking and new ideas buried under endless discussions.
