Pros
People who say pay is a pro, its not. When you work 12 hours on weekdays and even weekends are engaged without any compensation. So hence the publicly declared "pro" is also not one of that. To summarize, no pros as of now.
Cons
No work life balance. Expect calls while sleeping, on weekends, asking to deliver work on weekend. Learning is not organised if you are a fresher, For experienced it doesn't matter much. The project schedule includes deliverables on public holidays and weekends. Project planning is not organised
