1. San Diego is the best place to live and raise a family 2. Company is stable 3. Colleagues are in general friendly and capable
Cons
1. Too much politics, too complicated hierarchical system. If any delivery is shared by >2 teams, it's hard to push the other team if they are under a different VP. 2. Recent exodus of young engineers (staff/ senior engineer level). The morale is low. 3. If you are working with customers, the hours are long (conference calls at evening) and it can be very stressful 4. No good growth opportunities for young engineers
