Cons
Qualcomm leadership has lost its way; they are disjointed and not aligned. WHat was once and engineering driven company is now run by finance and legal opportunists - where once ingenuity and thoughtful risk was encouraged and rewarded, today predictability and short term results (at any costs to employee sacrifice) is rewarded. Employees are paranoid and waiting for their ax to drop, resulting in no loyalty and lost synergy across the enterprise.
