      The company believes in life work balance and they have a lot of training programs for employees which is great.

      Cons

      At times in the year the work load may become a little too high because Qualcomm is very aggressive in their product schedules.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
