      Lots of employee benefits. Employees are given internal mobility opportunities. Open door policy creates a trust environment where you feel at ease working with your team towards a common goal

      Cons

      Visions and goal not well communicated to the overseas branches. No talent development program in the company for engineers that want to move into different areas

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
