People sabotaging each other and managers encourage the unethical behavior. The reasoning is to promote competition which is a total BS. A lot of incompetent, insulting and rude managers. Terrible work life balance. Compensation is not good relative to the industry standards. Very depressing atmosphere, avoid PMIC VI at all costs.
