      Engineering talent is awesome. The projects are interesting. I have worked here for a while and have never found a reason to go to a different company.

      Cons

      It is a big company and some bureacracy/waste goes with being a big company.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
