Pros
We have a high energy, results oriented engineering staff. The projects have been interesting, challenging, and ground breaking. The culture is caring and optimistic. We support each other and everyone is trying to make our products the best they can be.
Cons
No truly successful product as of now. We had a successful product but management killed it because it wasn't successful enough. The result was a massive and painful RIF. Sales regularly promises the moon with no idea how it will get delivered. Sales is regularly rewarded for this behavior.
