      Qualcomm is the leader in wireless telecommunication You will learn a lot in a very short period of time Most colleges are friendly and nice

      Cons

      Management is poor Most managers have no management skills since they come from a technical background Stocks fluctuate like a roller coaster Cash bonus is close to nothing Work-life balance is not good since the modem team is under staffed They make you work day, night and weekend and no one appreciates your efforts

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
