      good benefits and compensation, flexibility with schedule, great employees to work with, get to use the leading technologies and very open to your ideas

      Cons

      Sometimes there are long hours but never really seems that bad when you enjoy what you are doing. Living in San Diego is price but then again it is a wonderful place to live.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
