      In the end, the company makes decisions. when compared to most companies of this size, it is a relief to see them move forward with decisions (right or wrong). Thats very crucial to success. Employees are well taken care of.

      Cons

      With growth in size of the company, decisions are slower, there is slack in the system.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
