      Pros

      Great Pay, Good benefits, and nice people.

      Cons

      All projects have very aggressive schedules with no breathing room between projects. No work/life balance. It's very common to work weekends, holidays, and very very long hours in general. If you have a family, this is not the right workplace for you.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
