Qualcomm provides competitive compensation. Lots of opportunities for internal training and learning. There are opportunities to do internal transfer to switch to a different area.
Cons
Even though there are opportunities for training and learning, usually it's too busy to find time to take those lessons. Similar to most big company, you only get to work on a small scope of things.
