      Very good company with core Technology. Good working environment and no nonsense. Most of the folks are talented and lots of opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      You get bored after working for several years in same Technology. Though there are advancement in Standards, still there is avenue for boredom.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
