The atmosphere resembles a college campus. The weather in San Diego along with the diversity in workforce make the days enjoyable.
Cons
There are many employees who have been at QUALCOMM for many years and have senior managment positions. They are not necessarily competent, but stay employed because of their seniority. This makes advancement difficult.
