Company treats employees nicely - excellent benefits, plenty of training, stable jobs. Company leaders do their best to make Qualcomm a great place to work.
Cons
Years of comfortable working environment have made people complacent. Slow growth makes it harder to retain younger, more ambitious talents. This reverse selection process further deteriorates the workforce and creates a vicious circle.
