Excellent infrastructure (IT helpdesk, Intranet, Wifi, etc.). Excellent benefits (fully paid healthcare, fitness centers, cafeteria, office for most employees). Very good executive management. Strong focus on technology innovation.

Lack of regular communication between management and employees regarding changes in priorities and strategy (specifically within a division or business unit).
