      Pros

      Long Road map with job security and competitive pay.

      Cons

      Hyderabad center has lot of politics. Poor work life balance, highly crowded senior people (staff Engr and above) hence promotion are hard to come by. HR is pretty week , even though u complain about manager there is nothing much change would happen.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
