Pros
New and exciting projects; the company takes care of you pretty well; many opportunities for career advancement and working on different projects; the company as a whole is well-managed and seems to be heading in the right direction. Excellent accommodations for interns, and great relocation benefits. Many events are organized for interns to mingle and get to know each other.
Cons
As with any big company, there is a fair amount of bureaucracy involved in getting things done, but nevertheless things do get done. The social experience varies from team to team.
