      A good company to work for. Very good benefits and a very good work culture. Excellent colleagues. Will get a good work life balance.

      it is taking time to climb the ladder in Qualcomm. There is nothing much bad I can think of now.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
