Company in decline - Anonymous employee Qualcomm Employee Review

Too many people playing politics and not making decisions based upon company needs. People are working more on positioning themselves for a promotion and not enough time doing what should be done. Poor work life balance. Qualcomm use to have excellent benefits but they just rolled out it's 2016 benefits package and it is horrible. Extremely high deductibles, 100% out of pocket on everything until high deductible is met. High cost of living make your high salary seem small.
