Pros
Could be good if you are in the right team. People are generally friendly. People are generally competent and motivated although that's starting to change.
Cons
Benefits are reduced every year. Health insurance kicks in only after you spend $1500 out of pocket. Company is generally run by old-timers with no real credentials other than being there when the company got started. Executives has no vision nor a long-term plan. Bonuses are getting smaller.
