1. leader in semiconductor and mobile 2. great location, love San Diego 3. most colleagues are very nice

1. good time has gone, the management team always made wrong decisions and roadmaps since 2014 2. dont like the current CEO, more care about shareholders than employees 3. layoff and bonus reduction 4. 20 Tesla charging stations outside my building for Engineers who can't afford Teslas 5. 2 reviews/yr, usually it's 3,3,3.5,3.5,4,4.. remember the total score is 7 6. qualcomm 30th birthday gift is a cupcake
