      big investments in people especially in benefits (fully paid healthcare), wants to win awards so are concerned about employee feedback, lots of cool technology and fun co-workers

      Very incestuous - best way to get promoted is to be an FOP (friend of Paul, the CEO). Tyranny in the senior HR dept.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
