      It provides a job allowing people to stay in wonderful San Diego and helps grow your technical abilities.

      Cons

      Does not provide any real career growth opportunities. Total lack of diverse culture. Review process is very unfair and filled with politics. Hard to get promoted unless you have connections and or smooched up to directors from the review board.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
